My Account
My Account is British Gas' online platform which allows customers to manage their account, view their bills, submit meter readings and more. To access My Account, customers must first register for an account by providing their email address and creating a password. Once registered, customers can log in to My Account using their email address and password. My Account can be accessed through a web browser or the British Gas app.

Registering For My Account
To register for My Account, visit the British Gas website and click "Register" in the top right corner. Enter your email address and create a password, then click "Register". You will then be asked to provide some additional information, such as your name, address and British Gas account number. Once you have provided this information, click "Create Account" and you will be able to log in to My Account.
Logging In To My Account
To log in to My Account, visit the British Gas website and click "Login" in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password, then click "Login". You will then be taken to your My Account dashboard, where you can manage your account and view your bills.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address, then click "Reset password". You will then be sent an email with a reset password link. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
