The Hungarian runner was hit by a car during training
Sallai Nora, a 27-year-old Hungarian runner, was hit by a car during training on Thursday. According to reports, she was running along a road in Budakeszi, a town just outside Budapest, when she was struck by the vehicle.
Sallai was rushed to hospital, where she is currently in a stable condition. She is being treated for a number of injuries, including a broken leg and a head injury.
The driver of the car, a 42-year-old man, has been arrested and is being questioned by police.
